Factor4 ondersteunt ANB bij haar strategische vastgoedplanning
Het Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos (ANB) zet een belangrijke stap richting een duurzaam en efficiënt beheerd vastgoedpatrimonium. Met een grondige inventarisatie en een strategisch vastgoedplan helpt Factor4 hen op weg naar klimaatneutraliteit tegen 2050. Hoe pakken we dit aan? Ontdek het hier!
Factor4 ondersteunt het Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos (ANB) in een belangrijk traject om hun patrimonium klaar te maken voor de toekomst.
Het project begon met een grondige inventarisatie van al het vastgoed van ANB. Dit voerde Factor4 uit in samenwerking met Freestone. Tijdens deze fase voerden we talrijke plaatsbezoeken uit en brachten we zorgvuldig de conditie en de energie-efficiëntie van de gebouwschil en de technische installaties in kaart. Daarnaast evalueerden we het huidige gebruik, de typologie, de functie en de toekomstbestendigheid van de gebouwen. Deze uitgebreide analyse resulteerde in een gedetailleerde inventaris van maar liefst 250 gebouwen, waarin de huidige toestand van elk gebouw helder is vastgelegd.
Met de inventarisatie als solide basis zette Factor4 de volgende stap: het ontwikkelen van een strategisch vastgoedplan. Deze strategische oefening zal ANB helpen om:
- Hun patrimonium efficiënt en kosteneffectief te beheren.
- Langetermijnbeslissingen te nemen die bijdragen aan duurzaamheid en waardecreatie.
- Hun gebouwen te verduurzamen en klimaatneutraal te maken tegen 2050.
Het strategisch plan biedt ANB niet alleen een duidelijke routekaart voor verduurzaming, maar helpt ook om slim om te gaan met de beschikbare middelen. De zorgvuldige planning van renovaties en investeringen laat toe om zowel de financiële en operationele impact te minimaliseren.

After the first measurement in 2017, a new survey was carried out in the winter 2024-2025 to assess how employees experience their workplace comfort. The result? A noticeable improvement in both satisfaction and overall well-being at work.
