Op Circubuild.be is een artikel verschenen over de strategische vastgoedplannen die Factor4 opmaakt voor Dendermonde, Harelbeke, Hove, Landen, Sint-Niklaas en Voeren.
Onder meer als partner in het project SURE2050 heeft Factor4 inmiddels een 20-tal lokale overheden geholpen bij het ontwikkelen van een duurzame vastgoedstrategie en een vastgoedplan. Een strategisch vastgoedplan is een concreet stappenplan om alle stadsgebouwen klimaatneutraal te maken tegen 2050.

Ook werd duidelijk welke zaken zo snel mogelijk moesten worden aangepakt en welke gebouwen dus voorrang verdienden."

After the first measurement in 2017, a new survey was carried out in the winter 2024-2025 to assess how employees experience their workplace comfort. The result? A noticeable improvement in both satisfaction and overall well-being at work.
